Working with Us
Providing opportunities to people funded by the NDIS to learn and work in our Social Enterprise
Employment plays a pivotal role in defining an individual’s quality of life, and we believe everyone should be given this opportunity. Our Gardening & Lawn Care Social Enterprise offers people with a disability a chance to pursue a career in gardening. We have positions available for those funded by the NDIS for supports in employment to receive on-the-job training and to develop their employability skills.
So, if a job in gardening sounds like the journey to employment for you, apply now and join our social enterprise crew as a volunteer! Volunteers can then choose to transition to supported employment within our Social Enterprise and get paid!
To apply participants:
- must have NDIS funding for support categories Finding & Keeping a Job or Access Community Social and Recreational Activities.
- be willing to work a minimum of 4 hours a week on-the-job or in developing their skills.
- must have a valid National Police check or be willing to apply for one.
- are required to wear steel capped work boots whilst on sites.
